Peter Shor received his BFA degree from The School of Visual Arts in 1975. He has had a passion for drawing and painting since he was a child. With a love for color, he has played with many media including pastels, pencils, charcoal, acrylics, oils, water colors, and computer imaging. His creativity most often manifests as abstract art, but he has also produced a fair amount of realistic drawings and painting.
Peter's music is mostly improvised. When other tracks are overdubbed they are also improvised. His only training in music was a few chords from his brother Ben Shor and a rudiments of music class in high school. He is most proficient playing piano and guitar.
Peter's writing is mostly spiritually based. His spiritual influences in order of appearance are John Bennett, Gurdjieff, Sufism, Murat Yagan, and David Hawkins.
In addition to the creative arts Peter is a computer system's analyst, massage therapist, and Quantum-Touch Practioner. He also is available for neurofeedback, biofeedback, heartfullness training, and computer consulting.
