Resonance   We are structured in a way that we naturally resonate with certain activities, things and people and not with others.  A fundamental aspect of natural resonation is what we inherit in our DNA.  Another aspect that is more controllable is our emotional sensitivity – we can choose what we wish to resonate with through love.  There are positive and negative aspects of resonation and we need to be able to consciously intentionally resonate with the positive. It is possible to resonate with anything we consciously choose by matching our vibrations.  We can do this by focusing our love creating a direct connection through our heart.  When we work together with other people in the form of a group or community the resonance builds and creates synergy.  Sharing our inner world in the form of honest observations increases the resonance. Everything we do creates an energy attractor field of a particular quality.  Thus if we refine our inner presence our whole life starts to change in quality.
